How it works

One move, start to finish.

Here is exactly what happens between a customer enquiring and leaving you a review. Nine steps, each one handing straight to the next.

The walkthrough above uses example data to show the same journey in the real interface.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

A new enquiry arrives from a lead portal, your website form, or a phone call. It lands in one pipeline with the customer, route and move date already captured.

  2. 02

    Survey

You send the customer a survey link. They walk their home on their phone, room by room, adding photos or a short video. No appointment, no site visit.

  3. 03

    AI analysis

MoveFlow reads the media, lists the items it can see, and produces an estimated volume. Your team reviews and adjusts anything that needs a human eye.

  4. 04

    Quote

The inventory feeds your pricing. A branded quote page and PDF are produced with your terms, services and any add-ons like packing materials.

  5. 05

    Acceptance

The customer opens the quote on their phone, chooses their options and accepts online. Every revision and acceptance is recorded.

  6. 06

    Deposit

The deposit is requested straight away — card payment or bank transfer with a unique payment reference — and receipted automatically.

  7. 07

    Booked move

The move drops onto the calendar with crew and vehicle detail, and syncs to Google, Apple or Outlook so nothing is double-booked.

  8. 08

    Operational paperwork

On the day, load-up sheets, completion sign-off and waivers are signed on a phone at the property and stored against the job as PDFs.

  9. 09

    Customer review

Once the move is signed off, the customer is invited to rate it. Happy customers are pointed to your public review profile; anything lower goes to you privately first.
