Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in or otherwise using MoveFlow Cloud ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is provided to removals companies and their authorised staff for the purpose of issuing virtual surveys, generating inventory estimates, producing quotes and managing bookings. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to suggest inventory items and estimate cubic footage from customer-uploaded photos and videos. AI-generated estimates are drafts only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or include incorrect quantities and dimensions.

It is the responsibility of the removals company (and ultimately the customer) to review, verify and adjust every estimate before it is relied upon for pricing, vehicle sizing, crew planning or any binding quotation. MoveFlow accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on an unverified AI estimate.

• Ensure all data entered is accurate and that you have authority to enter it.
• Obtain any necessary consent from end customers before uploading their photos, videos or personal information.
• Review and edit AI-generated inventory before issuing quotes.
• Comply with all applicable laws including UK GDPR and consumer protection law.

You and your customers retain ownership of all photos, videos and inventory data uploaded to the Platform. You grant MoveFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and analyse this content solely to provide the Platform's features to you, including the internal admin-only quality-assurance tooling used by the MoveFlow operator.

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that breaches these Terms, abuses the AI features, attempts to access data belonging to another company, or uses the Platform unlawfully. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@moveflow.cloud.

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, AI provider availability and connectivity issues may temporarily affect access. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveFlow Cloud, its operators and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business or data.
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in AI-generated estimates.
• Quotes, bookings or operational decisions made in reliance on Platform output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All Platform software, branding, design, content and the inventory cubic-foot rules engine are the intellectual property of MoveFlow Cloud or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
